SHIPPING: All domestic orders are shipped using USPS first Class (1-5 business days), Priority Mail (1-3 business days), or UPS GROUND SERVICE. 

International orders are shipped USPS Priority, Ground Service or First Class, Fedex International, UPS international, or another service depending on shipping location, and shipping costs.

LOCAL PICKUP: ALL LOCAL RESIDENTS WE OFFER FREE IN-STORE PICKUP! 

RETURNS: FOR RETURNS PLEASE EMAIL INFO@IMPACTSKATESHOP.COM and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours. You can also call 661-479-7094 for any and all questions about order information. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.

ITEMS RETURNED TO SENDER: If an item is undeliverable and returned to sender, shipping will not be refunded as shipping is a service and the shipping costs were paid to the carrier. Only the item(s) on the order will be refunded.

WE DO NOT CURRENTLY OFFER ONLINE EXCHANGES. IF YOU NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE IN AN ITEM, YOU WILL HAVE TO PURCHASE THE SIZE YOU NEED, AND RETURN THE ORIGINAL ORDER.
